We are pleased to announce that an experienced, multidisciplinary team of U.S.-based architects, engineers, planners, and marketers has come together to advance the planning of The Peace City on its 200+ acre site in Aspermont, Texas. This is not a concept. This is commitment. They are actively engaged and coordinating under a unified delivery framework to bring this vision into reality.

With over 30 years of experience across complex mixed-use and masterplan-scale projects, Mark serves as the central point of coordination between The Peace City client group and the entire U.S. project team. He aligns design intent, technical development, and implementation strategy – and brings formal expertise in LEED and Passive House to ensure the development is built sustainably for the long term.
